Frank Pound is a computer scientist and entrepreneur. He serves as President and Chief Scientist of AstroSec and previously held a program manager position at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). He has been distinguished through his service in the United States Government both as a US Marine, as a member of the Civilian service and as a contractor serving government cyber units. During his time in civil service Mr. Pound managed and directed an innovative cyber warfare defense portfolio with technical transitions to the US Army and other operational units. Mr. Pound also issued dozens of small business contracts in areas of blockchain, graph analytics and metamaterials research; helping to bootstrap ideas into robust companies which continue to develop new capabilities in scientific research. A thought leader in defensive cyber warfare, he has assisted US policy makers and staffers helping them to understand the nuances of cyber operations and network warfare. His work has been featured in numerous press outlets worldwide with speaking engagements and interviews. In addition to company leadership, he continues to maintain his skills as a software and systems engineer with AstroSec focusing on the cyber defense of space systems.

Mathew (Matt) L. Hungerford is the technical director for the space business unit at SAIC overseeing the technology roadmaps, investments, and architecture solutions for SAIC’s space business. He joined SAIC in 2021 and has more than 20 years of experience in the space industry.

Stacy Kubicek is the Vice President and General Manager for the Mission Solutions line of business within Lockheed Martin Space. In this role, she is responsible for approximately 4,600 employees and a multi-billion dollar portfolio focused on delivering and operating mission critical hardware and software solutions for government defense and intelligence agencies, as well as commercial and international customers.

Colonel Charles Galbreath is the Deputy for the Chief Technology and Innovation Office. In this capacity he is responsible for the stand-up of a new office within the Headquarters Space Force staff responsible Science and Technology; Innovation and Digital Transformation; Enterprise Information Technology, Data, and Data Analytics; and Analysis.

Mr. Dean Bucher is the Principal Director of Digital Engineering Integration at The Aerospace Corporation, where he leads the digital engineering (DE) transformation of Aerospace. In this role, Mr. Bucher is responsible for providing strategic direction to all corporately funded DE initiatives and ensuring that these efforts are highly integrated to contribute to the broader strategic vision for digital engineering. He also works across numerous, emerging customer DE efforts to better identify opportunities and integrate these for the benefit of the National Security Space (NSS) and Civil Space enterprises. Mr. Bucher joined The Aerospace Corporation in 2005 as a Member of the Technical Staff. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and he is currently pursuing a PhD in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University.

John Silvas joined Booz Allen in June 1998 and is a Distinguished Engineer in the Aerospace Account that currently supports the USSF Space C2 Kobayashi Maru Program Office and the Enterprise Engineering Team in El Segundo, CA. John is also the Booz Allen Director for Digital Engineering leading a distributed team of highly talented Digital Engineers that are implementing cutting edge MBSE methods, techniques, and tools in support of numerous clients across the DoD and other Federal agencies.

Erin has over a decade of experience building meaningful tech collaborations and has formed hundreds of formal partnerships between government, industry and academia to solve problems for warfighters and national security. Currently Erin is the Executive Director of the Space ISAC and leads this Public-Private Partnership (P3) with fervor to secure the global space community. This is the third non-profit launch Erin has led and has been passionate about P3 for her entire career.
