Dr. Dave Kaufman is a Ball Corporation senior vice president and the president of Ball Aerospace. Kaufman has held numerous positions at Ball over the past 20 years. His high-level, mission-focused approach and expertise in the National Security Space arena gives him a broad perspective on aerospace and defense.

Gen. David D. Thompson is the Vice Chief of Space Operations, United States Space Force. As Vice Chief he is responsible for assisting the Chief of Space Operations in organizing, training and equipping space forces in the United States and overseas, integrating space policy and guidance, and coordinating space-related activities for the U.S. Space Force and Department of the Air Force.

Captain Marti is the Operations Flight Commander for the 533d Training Squadron, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.  As Flight Commander, she is responsible for leading 33 instructors through the execution of Officer and Enlisted Undergraduate Space Training, graduating approximately 450 Space Professionals per year.

Jason Ballard has dedicated his life to working on big problems in service to humanity, most recently and notably as the co-founder and CEO of ICON, the construction technologies company using construction-scale 3D printing to tackle the global housing crisis and prepare to build on other worlds.

Dr. Tidiane Ouattara received a PhD and a master’s degree, both in Remote Sensing and Geographical Information System (GIS) from Sherbrooke University (Canada) respectively in 2001 and 1996. He also holds a master’s degree in physical geography from Université de Cocody-Abidjan (Côte-d’Ivoire). Dr. Ouattara is currently Space Science Expert and Coordinator for GMES & Africa Programme.

Chris Quilty is the founder and a partner of Quilty Analytics, which is an independent boutique offering subscription research, strategic advisory, and investment banking services across all aspects of the Satellite & Space industry.

Dr. Christine Edwards is the Deputy Exploration Architect at Lockheed Martin Space. She specializes in enabling greater autonomy for future space exploration missions through advances in AI and human-machine teaming. Previous positions include serving as Principal Investigator for weather and remote sensing research and development, lead systems engineer and associate manager for Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) operations, guidance navigation and control (GN&C) operations for the GRAIL, Mars Odyssey, and Stardust missions, launch support for Juno, and autonomous rendezvous, proximity operations, and docking (ARPOD) development for the Orion. Christy holds a PhD in systems engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in aerospace engineering from MIT, is a Research Associate at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and was recognized by Aviation Week & Space Technology in their 40 under 40 in Aerospace and Defense.

An award-winning communicator, I bring 15 years’ experience leading strategic communications, media relations, and public outreach efforts to my current role as lead spokesperson for human spaceflight and exploration at NASA. My experience includes coordinating and implementing strategic communications and media plans; writing and editing; on-camera interviews and news conferences; and speechwriting for executives.
