Victor Vigliotti

Victor L. Vigliotti is the Deputy Branch Chief of the Commercial Integration Branch (J811), United States Space Command, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. He is responsible for implementing the command’s Commercial Integration Strategy, with the intent to collaborate, integrate, and partner with the U.S. commercial industry, in order to enhance overall military space power.
Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Vigliotti supported NORAD- USNORTHCOM experimentation as a Lead Planner–rapidly developing and demonstrating Joint All Domain Command and Control capabilities. Mr. Vigliotti also supported the various U.S. government intelligence agencies as an Intelligence Analyst, specializing in both Signals Intelligence and All- Source targeting.
Mr. Vigliotti served on active duty in the Army from November 2011 through September 2015, and in the Army Reserves from October 2015 through June 2019. In his capacity as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and Non- Commissioned Officer, he led the development of junior enlisted intelligence analysts, with an expertise in both tactical and strategic intelligence analysis.
