Space Investment Analysis: Live from the 2024 Space Symposium

 

In a live session during the 39th Space Symposium, Kelli Kedis Ogborn, Space Foundation’s vice president of Space Commerce and Entrepreneurship, leads a panel discussion highlighting Q1 2024 investment activity, the space economy and highlights from the Q1 2024 edition of The Space Report.

She is joined by Mariel Borowitz, associate professor at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech and Justin Cadman, an investment banker and partner at Quilty Space. Also lending expertise is Ian Christensen, director of private sector programs at Secure World Foundation.

In this wide-ranging discussion, the panel digs into the economic conditions that have fostered layoffs in one sector during a time of accelerated investment and hiring in others.
